Rental of spaces and accomodation for professional artists
The state-of-the-art, modern, and comfortable artists' studios at the International Sculpture Center and the studio-apartments at the Casa degli Artisti in Peccia are available for rent.
The beauty, vastness and diversity that characterize Vallemaggia undoubtedly make it one of the most visited valleys. It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing time in nature, meet with friends and colleagues, or work on projects in one of our artists's studios.
The artist's studios are designed as independent work spaces where you can pursue your projects on your own (painting, sculpture, writing, etc.). All studios feature a sink and ample storage space for your belongings. They are equipped with large windows that look directly out onto the forest and the valley. Depending on the time of year, you can rent art supplies or request technical assistance.
At our Casa degli Artisti we offer studio apartments equipped to a high standard. They feature a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a dining/working area. The apartments can be rented for one, two or three persons (wich the addition of an extra bed) for a minimum stay of one week.
Prices vary depending on the rental period.

Studio Rental Rates at CIS
Artist's studio without material: CHF 1100.-/month
Equipment rental and basic technical support: min. CHF 1000.-/month
Technical support on a time-and-material basis according to the offer.
Final cleaning included. Discounts available upon request for longer rental periods.
Studio Apartment Rates in Casa degli Artisti
Studio apartment per week: CHF 450.- + tourist tax (CHF 2.00 per person per night)
Studio apartment per month: CHF 1400.- + tourist tax (CHF 2.00 per person per night)
Final cleaning included. Discounts available upon request for longer rental periods. Flat-rate tourist tax (CHF 60.00) for stays of three months or longer.
